Even shorter than a synopsis or a blurb, is the tagline. Luckily, if you’re over writing shorter and shorter versions of your novel, these aren’t necessary, and they don’t have to sum up your story at all.
Taglines, while completely optional, can be fun. They can be vague, or then can tease a bit of the plot. They’re just another little way to set the tone of your story on the book cover and .
